2020 Mr.Olympia Competitor Akim Williams Daily Meal Plan

Akim Williams is a US born bodybuilder who became an IFBB pro in 2013. Akim comes in at a height of 5’10” (177.8 cm) and 260 lbs (118 kg). Williams had a strong showing at the 2020 Chicago Pro Men’s Bodybuilding competition and was able to secure a first (1st) place finish. His performance at the 2020 Arnold Classic compared to the 2019 Classic was an improvement as he was able to move up in the ranks finishing 7th rather than his prior 9th.
