Dani Younan is an IFBB pro who weighs 200 lbs (91 kg) and is 5’8″ (177 cm). Since 2018 he has not been able to land 1st in the Arnold Classic Physique or Mr.Olympia Class Physique but he has walked away victorious at smaller events. In 2018 he won Fitworld Pro Men’s Classic Physique, and Legion Sports Fest Pro Classic Physique. In 2019 he got first place at Ultimate Warriors Pro Classic Men’s Physique. In the 2020 Mr.Olympia Classic Physique, he placed 6th, which is a common theme for Younan who also placed 6 for the Arnold Classic, and Mr.Olympia Classic in 2018.
As you will see Dani likes to keep things creative and is a big believer that you need to enjoy every meal. He thinks his peers who drink all their meals or eat standing up should try sitting down to enjoy what they are consuming. He also likes to give his meals a little extra life by adding shredded lettuce, onions, and mushrooms in where he can, they are very low in calories but lets you take in more volume so you can feel fuller throughout your workout and day.
