Jonathan Hambrick is a Classic Physique IFBB pro who got his card at just 20 years old, he is 6’2″ (187.96cm) tall. While in college Hambrick was playing division 1 soccer and got injured, after the injury he had to get surgery was only 145 lbs after coming off the table. That is when he started lifting weights, very quickly falling in love with it and rising the ranks to become an IFBB pro after only his 2nd showing. Jonathan had a decent start to his 2020 year placing 3rd at the 2020 Lenda Murray Pro Classic Physique and 2nd at the 2020 Omaha Pro Classic Men’s Physique. This, unfortunately, did not last because he ended up placing 16th at the Mr.Olympia Classic Physique.
Let’s take a look at what Hambrick was eating 8 weeks out from the 2020 Mr.Olympia competition.
