Regan Grimes IFBB pro age 27 is 250 lbs (113 kg) and 5’11” (180 cm) whos been training in the gym since he was 17. Like many other IFBB pro competitors, he originally got his start while training for another sport he was partaking in, motocross racing. Along with making showings at pro events he owns a successful clothing line (Regan Grimes Apparel), and a fitness center (FlexPlex).
He placed decently overall leading up to the Mr.Olympia competition in his other event showings, placing 2nd at the British Grand Prix Pro, and 4th at the Europa Pro. Unfortunately, he placed 15th out of 16 at Mr.Olympia but he is still young and has a lot to work for future competitions.
