Juan Morel is an IFBB professional bodybuilder whose unorthodox approach to dieting, as you’ll see below, has helped make a name for himself. In the 2020 Mr.Olympia competition he placed 16 but placed 1st in the 2019 Arnold Classic for South America as well as the New York Pro in the same year.
Morel had his first taste of weight training while getting fit for boxing and deciding he wanted to increase the weight he was lifting to better help with his power in the ring. He lifted with his fellow boxers but instantly fell in love with lifting heavy when he saw the response his body had.
This is just one example of a day of eating Juan might go through but he is well known for his mixing it up in the kitchen and getting his nutrients in a variety of unique ways. “If you want to grow… you need to eat!”
